Ambition Aspire Achieve
AAA now delivers a wide range of projects and services from both hubs and across local communities in Newham. Their work particularly focuses on and supports children and young people most in need, including those with disabilities or additional needs. Their current work includes after school clubs, holiday play and youth activities, youth clubs, disability specific activities, detached youth projects, information advice and support for vulnerable young people, mentoring and personal development programmes, doorstep inclusive sports clubs and outward-bound activities and experiences.

Being The Cure
Being The Cure offers absolutely free of charge character-building sessions for all children in Newham. Their mission is to develop the next generation of society's heroes through evidence-informed character education that instils honesty, kindness, and humility in every child.

Young Health Champions
The Young Health Champion (YHC) programme was created by young people, for young people!
Their aim is to work together to share public health messages and increase awareness of various health issues that affect young people in Newham. They meet weekly to share knowledge, consult on projects and plan health campaigns.
Who can join? Anyone living, studying or working in Newham who is between the ages of 9 & 25.

Mental Health Support
Advantage Programme West Ham United Mentoring
- Advantage is a 6 month mentoring programme for young people (14-21) with mild to moderate mental health concerns who may not meet CAMHS threshold or want a typical NHS intervention.
- The mentoring happens with staff from the West Ham United Foundation in a setting that is more suitable for young people. The programme is Goals Based and can be centred on whatever the young person wants to achieve.

Kooth - Your Online Mental Wellbeing Community
Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online platform providing digital mental health and wellbeing advice, support, and guidance to all young people in Newham aged 10-18 (up to 19th birthday). You can reach qualified practitioners through mobile, tablets and computer by joining. Join at https://www.kooth.com
Lumi Nova
Lumi Nova is a digital therapy in the format of a mobile app to help children and young people learn to self-manage, reduce symptoms of anxiety, build resilience and thrive. It is a fun and safe way for children to tackle their fears and worries head on.
Lumi Nova is delivered by BFB Labs in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust, Newham CAMHS and is completely free to access for families in Newham.
It is designed for children 7-12 years old who have mild to moderate difficulty with fears and worries.
