Speech, Language & Communication Continuous Professional Development, Training & Courses Summer 2023

Training for individual professionals

To book an individual place, please download and complete Booking Form 1 and email  it to: androulla.kyriacou@newham.gov.uk (for courses delivered by LCIS) or gill.birch@nhs.net (for courses delivered by ELFT).

 

Training for groups of school staff

As a first step, please speak to the LCIS or NHS team member working with you in school about the training needs of your staff. When you have agreed what training might be most suitable and how this can best be delivered, please download and complete Booking Form 2 and email it to: androulla.kyriacou@newham.gov.uk (for courses delivered by LCIS) or gill.birch@nhs.net (for courses delivered by ELFT).

 

INSET day training

The Language, Communication and Interaction Service (LCIS) and ELFT speech and language therapy are able to provide training as part of whole school INSET. Please speak to the LCIS/ELFT team member working with you to discuss the training needs of staff in your school or contact:

Where we are able to offer school based training please note that we require a minimum of 6 working weeks notice in order to co-ordinate delivery.
