Newham Family Hub Network

The Family Hubs Network has officially launched in Newham!! Family Hubs are designed to offer early support to children, young people and families, building upon the existing Early Help offer, and acting as a ‘one stop shop’ for general advice and guidance on a range of needs and services. Families can access various support including health services (antenatal, maternity, health visitor, school nurses); infant feeding support, early years education and childcare, youth services, parenting and relationship support and much, much more!

Please click on the brochure to find out what is going on across the East Ham and Plaistow Family Hubs Network.

The first pilot hub launched in April in the East Ham and Plaistow locality and offers local families a range of support and guidance. A number of hubs will be launched over the next two years and we are keen to hear what would work for you.

Get involved with our Family Hubs Parent and Carer Advisory Panels

We need the help of local residents who use our services to make sure that Family Hubs are designed to meet the needs of our local community.

We are establishing locality based Parent and Carer Advisory panels where parents and carers will work together with the Co-Production Lead and service partners to help design and evaluate services delivered at the Family Hubs. Feedback from this groups will inform local decision making.

We welcome families from different backgrounds and parents with children of different ages including from pregnancy upwards.

If you would like to become a panel member please register your interest by emailing us easthamfamilyhub@newham.gov.uk
