Our dedicated employment advisers’ offer targeted support to adults who are looking for work, education & training opportunities or those seeking new opportunities. Our team has a wide range of skills, experience and in-depth knowledge of the labour market. They also have strong connections to our job centres and therefore have a good overview of our welfare system.

Our support includes:

• Confidence building course
• Training opportunities
• Volunteering
• Registering for ESOL classes
• Access to local and wider job opportunities

A member of the employment team will contact you following on from your referral to arrange an initial appointment.

Normally we would meet our clients in children’s centres, schools, health centres or any other venue but at the moment will conduct our meetings over the telephone, video call or email.
