Additional health needs

Children and young people who have additional health needs and therefore require additional health provisions can access services that will help enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. This core provision of occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and child development is provided by the East London Foundation Trusts in community settings and schools.

Barts health run the following clinics for children and young people at Newham University Hospital: Asthma, Audiology, Blood disorders, Cardiology, Diabetes, Enuresis, Epilepsy, Endocrinology, Haematology, Heart murmurs, Immunisation Advisory, Neonatal follow-up, Neonatal neuro-developmental, Neurology, Motor management, Tube feeding and tuberculosis.
