Career Pathways
Career Pathways is a careers advice service for disabled people aged 15 to 25. Our career advisers will work with you to set you on the path to succeed.
You’ll be offered up to three one-hour sessions to:
- make you aware of all the career options and the employment routes open to you
- develop your career goals and create an action plan to help you achieve them
- talk about the support you could get in education and in work
