Aanchal Women;s Resource Centre is a dedicaed East London hub in Newham, providing free courses, activities and advice for women. Supports culturally specific life themes.
Women can participate in 12 sessions covering a variety of topics that support mindfulness, knowledge and resilience; 8 sessions for Managing Homes; Twice weekly drop in sessions.
