RSBC have moved online! See below for our range of virtual activities to keep you all engaged and connected. All of our sessions will be run via Zoom. Just download the app and click the link (which will only be sent to those who have confirmed attendance) and enter your name which will appear on screen – no need to sign up!

These sessions have been put together by our delivery team to create an amazing online platform to help our young people connect and stay together during this unprecedented time. The sessions will include, themed Q&A’s, quizzes, poetry & song writing, audio book clubs, live performances, yoga and much more! These sessions are open to young people across the country, giving vision impaired young people the opportunity to create new friends and networks, bringing the whole country together.

Join Lauren in a series of adapted workout sessions which include sports specific exercises aimed at improving your fitness, mobility and FUNdamentals of movement (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination). Sessions are adapted making sure that whatever space/equipment you have available and whatever your ability, you can keep active at home.
