School Home Support (SHS)
SHS practitioners are based in partner schools (listed below) and work with families to address issues such as poor attendance and behaviour, bullying, fitting in at school, moving to another school etc. They also provide advice, practical support, make refferals and advocate on a wide range of issues such as housing, welfare benefits, money problems, health, family problems etc. They organise activties such as coffee mornigns, workshops/classes for parents to address issues of concern.
